Lanxi Tongli Machinery Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of high quality forged parts made from a variety of materials including: 6061, 6082, 2014, and 7075. Our main products include: Components for motorbikes and bicycle cranks and a wide range of other forged parts.
Covering 50, 000sqm with the floor area of 30, 000sqm, Lanxi Tongli Machinery Co., Ltd. has 320 employees and five production lines dedicated to the production of forged parts. In 2008, our production capacity exceeded 2, 000 tons.
Our equipment includes: Two 1000 ton friction screw presses, two 400 ton friction screw presses, one 630 ton clutch screw press, and three complete machining workshops with 25 CNC machines. In addition, we have two T6 heat treatment lines, 75 polishing machines and two anodizing lines. We also have two quality control and test centers and a complete tooling workshop.
We are ISO9001: 2000 certified, employ 36 technical engineers and can handle OEM projects and product development.
